Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!

    

All refilled cartridges are carefully inspected, with a test sheet being printed from each cartridge prior to shipment from our factory.   Our guarantee applies for 60 days from the date of delivery of refills processed by Inkjet Canada.  Please note that this guarantee does not apply to cartridges damaged or mishandled by the customer, processed over 60 days ago, incorrectly installed, installed in a defective printer, or if work has been done on the cartridge by anyone other than Inkjet Canada.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cartridge within this time period, we will gladly rework the cartridge or if requested, refund the full purchase price of the refill.

Please check the Troubleshooting and Frequently Asked Question section of the site prior to calling Inket Canada or returning the cartridge to the store.  It may be a simple problem you can quickly fix yourself.

You can speak to an Inkjet Canada Customer Service Representative during the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday (except for statutory holidays).
